The purpose of our Forensic Engineering evaluations of these existing bank sites was to assess the current civil site design deficiencies, and prepare a plan of action to remediate existing negative drainage situations, structural failures, and water intrusion into the bank buildings.

The unique aspect of the these four projects is that the facilities must remain open to their patrons during our analysis and the proposed repairs, so our engineers worked hand in hand with the project architects to develop a remediation plan to fix the problems quickly, and also provide the most minimal amount of interruption possible.
